We launched operations as a consulting firm specializing in IS Oil & Gas, fully dedicated to serving the petroleum sector.
First Pivot
Recognizing the growth potential, we expanded our services beyond Oil & Gas, offering general SAP consulting. This shift led to one of the first S/4HANA implementations in Peru—a four-month project that went live with only six minor issues.
We became the first company in Peru to certify the Official SAP 10steps2S4 course for converting ECC systems to S/4HANA.
Second Pivot
We further refined our focus by specializing in talent search and placement, becoming
experts in Headhunting and Recruiting. We created a Telegram group with over 4,000 consultants and recruiters, which has since become the go-to platform for sourcing SAP projects and consultants in the region. SAP recognized our expertise by awarding us the Preferred Partner status, and we ended the year with over 30 Intelligentsia consultants
working on the Alicorp project for SAP.

SAP Region Partner
In alignment with our strategic goals, by 2023, we were delivering services as a Preferred Partner to SAP and other leading companies across Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Brazil, and Mexico. We also expanded our services to prestigious clients such as EY, NTT Data, IBM, Accenture, and Indra, supporting them with specialized resources across various projects.
